- Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Service Cancellation by Client
If a project is canceled before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
If a project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be considered based on the completed work.
1.2 Failure to Deliver Services
If LinoDep fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the progress made.
1.3 Dissatisfaction with Services
If the client is dissatisfied with the delivered service, we will attempt to resolve the issue through revisions. If the issue remains unresolved, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
1.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided under the following circumstances:
Change of mind after work has begun.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, failure to provide necessary information).
Completion of the project and final approval from the client.
Third-party costs (e.g., domain purchases, third-party software, hosting fees).

- Evaluation – Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
- Approval/Denial – If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
