  1. Definitions

“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to LinoDep.

“Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the person or entity using our services.

“Services” refers to the software development, consulting, and related services provided by LinoDep.

  1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services.

You shall not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

  1. Payments & Billing

All payments for services must be made as per the agreed terms in the project contract.

LinoDep reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Additional charges may apply for extra features or modifications beyond the original agreement.

  1. Project Timelines & Revisions

We aim to deliver projects within the estimated timeframe; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions (as agreed in the contract). Excessive revisions may incur additional charges.

If the client fails to provide necessary input within the agreed timeline, the project may be delayed without liability on our part.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client owns the final software solution/code developed by LinoDep unless otherwise agreed.

LinoDep retains the right to use generic code libraries, frameworks, or methodologies developed during the project for future work.

Clients may not resell, distribute, or claim our proprietary software or designs as their own.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related and business information confidential.

LinoDep will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

  1. Warranties & Liabilities

We strive to deliver high-quality software, but we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

LinoDep is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Any third-party software or tools integrated into the project are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

  1. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with a written notice if the other party breaches these terms.

No refunds will be provided for completed work unless stated in our Refund Policy.

Upon termination, the client must cease using any proprietary assets or materials provided by LinoDep.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration in Rosedale, MD as per applicable laws.

  1. Modifications to These Terms

LinoDep reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
